Due to popular demand, EcoTraining Guides and Guardians has added an additional FGASA NQF2 (Level 1) Course to their calendar. They have added two additional Professional Field Guide Year-long Courses.  Participants may also chose to enroll in the Level 1 course for a gap year experience or to extend their safari tour.

There are two different programs to study when becoming a Field Guide. The first is the 55-day FGASA NQF 2 (level 1) which which is the entry level to Field Guiding. The second is the more comprehensive Professional Field Guide year-long course which provides students with the education,  practical experience and competitive edge needed to succeed in a guiding career.

Courses are FGASA endorsed and CATHSSETA accredited. Formal degrees are not required to qualify for enrollment.
