The North American Hosted Buyer Show is an exclusive opportunity for travel agents from across North America to meet and do business with exhibitors from Africa’s Eden (Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe) during a two and a half day, qualitative event in two locations: Washington DC and San Diego. The event is designed to incentivize travel agents to aLend not only in their home city but to travel from around North America and spend quality time with exhibitors at the event. They will stay in the same luxury hotels and spend time together during meals, social activities and one-on-one meetings. All meetings will be round robin, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to connect with everyone else.

In addition to the two main events, there will also be a social event in New York City at the ArtHouse Hotel from 6-8pm on January 11th 2024. This is an opportunity for travel agents in the New York area to meet with exhibitors and learn more about Africa’s Eden without having to travel to Washington DC or San Diego.

• $350 per buyer per city

Fees Include:

  • 2 nights B&B at the appointed luxury hotel
  • All meals from Lunch on arrival day to breakfast on departure day
