Zimbabwe reopened to tourism on October 1st and Imvelo Safari Lodges have been thrilled to safely welcome international travelers back to their lodges in Hwange National Park. Rocky Mountain APTA chapter president Gretchen Healey hosted a group of North American agents and their family members on a visit to Imvelo’s four unique camps and lodges in November 2020. They enjoyed Hwange’s incredible wildlife and landscapes while being guided by Sibs Sibanda, Imvelo’s extraordinary head guide. From the incredibly close-up elephant viewing from Imvelo’s look up blind at Jozibanini Camp to watching big cats on the Ngamo Plains, Hwange’s wildlife delivered. And from the cozy starbeds at Jozibanini Camp to the elephants drinking from the Nehimba Lodge swimming pool, Imvelo’s lodges thrilled everyone.
