Kartagener Associates Inc (KAI) is excited to welcome not one, but two, dynamic young women to the KAI team! Ann Tool & Victoria Jewell have joined KAI as sales managers, starting on August 1st. They will be responsible for promoting KAI’s award-winning portfolio of partners to the North American travel trade.

You may know Victoria from her days with Rothschild Safaris, or more recently Andy Biggs Safaris; and many of you remember Ann from her time with South African Tourism, or the tour operator world prior to that. Regardless, we invite you to learn more about them below and hope you will join us in congratulating them on their new adventure.

MEET VICTORIA

A Colorado native, Victoria grew up in a family that was always globe trotting to new and exciting destinations. It wasn’t until spending a summer in South Africa nearly 10 years ago that she realized travel had captured her heart, and she wanted to make it her career. A true people person, she believes that meeting people from all walks of life is the best part about traveling. Visiting exotic and unfamiliar places is definitely a close second though! Victoria brings her passion for travel and love of interacting with others into her role as a Sales Manager for KAI.

MEET ANN

Having spent the summers during her college years as a camp counselor in France, Ann knew that whatever she did when she “grew up” she had to be able to travel. The perfect career emerged, and she’s never looked back. Ann spent years developing her knowledge and expertise as an advisor for both Virtuoso and Signature agencies prior to shifting into trade relations and representation. These experiences afford Ann a unique perspective of the industry that has proven to be a great asset. Connecting with people through travel is her passion. Always up for an adventure, Ann believes the best way to explore a new city is to lace up her running shoes and get lost in exploration.
