The Tree Project have been granted £15,000 from the Welsh Government Africa-Wales partnership grant.
The Welsh Government is part funding the project, which is supported by Culford School, Monkton School, Xcel Bowl, Tree Twinning and a host of individual donors. Fisherman’s Rest want to take a moment and thank ALL of you for keeping the amazing impact of the Tree Project going.
But that’s not all.
For some time now, Fisherman’s Rest have been making subtle references to the new ‘Rooted’ community – another exciting Tree Project development.
This is your chance to get knee-deep in the project and *almost* smell the African soil the team on the ground tread every day.
If you’ve always wanted to donate with 100% accountability, then this is it!
Rooted will give you access to an exclusive Facebook group, where – you guessed it – you will be part of a community that walk the seasons of the Tree Project, alongside the team in Malawi. Rooted is the chance to dig deeper, connect with the team and experience the day-to-day challenges and impacts of the project.
If you can’t make it, the call will be published to a members area of the FR Website and in the Facebook group to catch up at a later time!
If you are as excited as we are about this deep dive into the Tree Project, join the waitlist here and be the first to get all the info.
