Travulous is delighted to announce the dates for two unique 7-day Familiarisation Trips to Uganda in 2024 and 2025:
- FAM Trip 1: visits Entebbe, Murchison Falls NP, Fort Portal and Bwindi Impenetrable NP
- FAM Trip 2: visits Entebbe, Queen Elizabeth NP and Bwindi Impenetrable NP
As a special addition to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park segment of our two FAM trips, travel professionals will be guided by Dr. Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka. In the legacy of the late Dian Fossey, Gladys has become one of the leading conservationists and scientists working to save mountain gorillas. Gladys is the founder and CEO of Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH).
For both FAM trips, participants will have the opportunity to inspect a variety of accommodations in each of these destinations in addition to experiencing some of the best activities available in Uganda, including tracking the majestic mountain gorillas.
These FAM trips are open to all eligible travel professionals selling Africa who would like to learn more about Uganda and be able to confidently sell these destinations and better meet the needs of their clients. If you would like to attend these trips, please complete the relevant FAM Trip Application Form and indicate your preferred travel date(s). A member of the Travulous team will be in touch with you to discuss this trip further.
For industry professionals requiring further information about these trips, please contact Richard (richard@travulous.com) at Travulous for assistance.
