At Impodimo Game Lodge, the ongoing commitment to conservation lies at the heart of all operations. Protecting wildlife and preserving the integrity of the reserve remain top priorities.
To continue supporting these crucial efforts, Impodimo Game Lodge will be adjusting its conservation levy effective from 15 July 2025, with the adjustment applicable into 2026. These contributions play a vital role in sustaining the lodge’s conservation initiatives, helping to safeguard endangered species and preserve the natural habitat for generations to come.
Thanks to the Guest Conservation Contributions received to date, Madikwe Futures Company has been able to:
- Achieve a significant reduction in rhino poaching in Madikwe — one of the few reserves where rhinos still have their horns
- Greatly improve the quality of roads within the reserve
- Clear hundreds of hectares of invasive sickle bush
- Employ most of its staff from local communities
Guest Conservation Contributions, effective for all new bookings made on 15 July 2025 onwards as follow:
- International Adult – R475
- International Child – R240
- SADC Adult – R240
- SADC Child – R120
Please note that while Impodimo Game Lodge reserves the right to adjust rates as necessary, all confirmed, provisional, and quoted bookings already in the system will be honoured at the agreed-upon rates. This ensures that any bookings secured prior to the adjustment remain unaffected by future rate changes.
