Lemala Camps and Lodges, a provider of safari accommodation in Tanzania and Uganda, has added Lemala Osonjoi Lodge to its portfolio. It will welcome its first guests from March 1, 2025.
The lodge is situated on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater and will offer guests an immersive experience. It is designed to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to appreciate natural light while maintaining a cosy atmosphere.
The Ngorongoro Crater, known for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife, provides a picturesque setting for the lodge. Located a short distance from the existing Lemala Ngorongoro Tented Camp, the lodge offers panoramic views of the crater floor.
Positioned at nearly 8 000 feet above sea level, Lemala Osonjoi Lodge ensures comfort during cool days and nights. The pool is heated using solar panels and offers views over the wildlife territory through large windows.
Leanne Haigh, Lemala CEO said: “With so much to see and experience outdoors, our guests sometimes comment that they wished they had just that little longer to indulge in rest while staying with us. We have designed Osonjoi to provide them with plenty of private nooks, crannies, and spaces to immerse themselves in the luxury of quiet time and contemplation.”
