Rebooking & Refund Guidelines:
- Rebooking: Passengers may be rebooked on the first available flight in the same or lowest available RBD in the same cabin.
- ET flights only: Rebooking is permitted within +/-8 days in the same RBD.
- ET & partner airlines: Rebooking allowed within +/-5 days, same RBD (no season change).
- Refunds: Passengers delayed 4+ hours due to cancellations, major schedule changes, or misconnection are eligible for refunds.
Important Notes:
- Protection must be through ET gateways only (IAD, ORD, ATL, and CHI).
- Non-ET segments should be booked primarily on UA (United Airlines).
- Agents must save flight history for auditing.
