In an effort to help you, our valued trade partners, prepare your business for the future, KAI conducted a market research study. We sought to better understand the mindset of the average North American consumer as it relates to international travel in a post-pandemic world by creating and distributing a survey.

Over the period of April 14 – 19 we collected hundreds of responses to a comprehensive 50 question survey inquiring about previous travel patterns and how those might change once travel is deemed safe and acceptable once again. We ultimately collected over 600 qualifying responses and released a report summarizing our findings. While it might not be considered groundbreaking there were some surprises and the data and analysis could be helpful as you plan your recovery strategy.
