opportunity for one-on-one travel agent engagement as well as a 20-minute group power point
presentation. A Down Under lunch, an Asian afternoon tea and customary African Sundowners on
conclusion is also included. Suppliers will be provided an individual display table for promotional materials
and for their one-on-one meetings when agents initially arrive.
