A new report finds that flourishing tourism in Africa is providing millions of people with work and adding billions of dollars to national economies.
In its annual Economic Development in Africa Report, the UN Conference on Trade and Development projects continued robust growth in tourism in the coming years.
. The World Travel and Tourism Council expects the total contribution of tourism to Africa’s Gross Domestic Product to amount to $296 billion by 2026.
